Any items returned back to us (for any reason) is at the buyers' expense at all times. This includes the Return of unwanted items: It is the buyers' responsibility to organise and pay for the cost of return. We will not refund items that are damaged due to poor re-packing or that have been damaged during transit by the return courier company. It is recommended that when returning goods, insurance is purchased to cover the full cost of the goods. In the event of a return for an unwanted item a 15% handling fee will be charged and deducted from the refund unless agreed by the seller and a refund will be given within 5-10 working days from the receipt of the unwanted item.
This does not affect your statutory rights. You are bound by these contractual terms as and when you commit to a purchase. We reserve the right to repair and resend the item back before we agree to any refund. With regards to returns due to addresses that the courier cannot locate e.g. New Buildings not yet on google maps or the wrong address supplied, the costs we incur for posting the goods out to you and for the goods to be posted back to us will be deducted from any refund given.
Any failed deliveries will mean that re-delivery costs apply- If goods are returned because the customer does not like it/can't gain access for delivery/doesn't fit the refund, a re-stocking fee apply. If you do not contact the couriers within 2 days of receiving this card, the goods will be returned to us and both a re-delivery charge as well as return charge may be applicable to your order. If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the method of payment you used when you originally paid for your order. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.
If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item in writing. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Courier delivery damage is also not covered.
In the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged product, you should notify us in writing via email within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Please note that a condition of the couriers used to transport our items is that all goods be checked on delivery and signed for as damaged if any damage is present.

Goods are damaged/faulty upon arrival we will replace the goods or the component part required, if for any reason you wishes to cancel and return an item, customers are accountable to it (we do not take responsibility of goods damaged in transit). It is the responsibility of the buyer to return all of the products back to us in original packaging with the invoice number stated on the package as reference. We will only refund upon complete return of goods, if returned without original packaging there will be a 20% re-stocking fee applicable to the buyer.
Upon return of goods the buyer will be credited for the value of the goods ONLY deducting any fee’s applicable.
